RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT ONLINE
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have opted for an exchange of unwanted goods, then it will be necessary for us to collect the postage fees before the replacement item can be dispatched. We will contact you by email to arrange this. Payment can be made by Card transaction over the phone or Paypal money transfer.
At Christmas time we extend this offer so that goods bought in the month of December that are returned to us in original and unused condition (including in original packaging), within 28 days of delivery, will be exchanged or refunded.
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair, or give you a refund of the purchase price. Faulty goods are dealt with according to current legislation and in some cases, we reserve the right to repair before refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT IN-STORE
In the case of unwanted goods bought in-store, we will only offer an exchange or credit note.
We will need proof of purchase and the goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Sale goods and Crash helmets are non-returnable, Non-exchangeable.
Faulty goods are dealt with according to current legislation and in some cases, we reserve the right to repair before refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
