DELIVERY INFORMATION
Subject to us having the goods in stock we will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same working day.

We are unable to dispatch orders on a Sunday or Monday, so orders placed on these days will always be processed the following Tuesday.

If any of the goods you have ordered are not immediately available for dispatch then a member of our sales team will endeavour to contact you by telephone or email within 24 hours to advise you of a potential delivery date and await your instruction.

RETURNING GOODS
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Please complete the returns note attached to your purchase invoice. Thanks

Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair, or give you a refund of the purchase price. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

SITE SECURITY - Transaction security (sage pay)
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay's systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

System security
Sage Pay's systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

Links to banks
Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

When you register yourself as a customer with 5-Ways and place orders, the information you submit such as your name, address, email address and telephone number are held in our internal database. Credit card information is only stored for the duration of the current order and is not cached for future use.

We collect this information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

5-Ways will not share this information with other companies.

Occasionally, 5-Ways Motorcycles may contact you by email with special offers or information about new products. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can opt out at any time by simply clicking the link at the bottom of this email.
