Win win for Hull biker and local dealer

Kawasaki rider, Jason Lee is celebrating after being chosen at random as the latest quarterly winner of the on-line Kawasaki retail satisfaction programme survey. And his good fortune is being shared by local dealer, 5-Ways of Walton Street, Hull who played host to Jason recently presenting him with £150 worth of Kawasaki genuine clothing and accessories.

Having purchased his 650cc Kawasaki from the city centre store last March, Jason booked it in for an annual service earlier this year. Like every Kawasaki motorcycle service, the gleaming returned machine was accompanied by a request to fill in an on-line customer satisfaction index survey.

"The CSI after sales survey gives customers a valuable chance to rate the service they receive at their local Kawasaki dealer", commented Tim Robinson of 5-Ways.
